Stadiums impose large, concentrated loads — unexpected ground conditions are a leading cause of schedule and cost overruns. RGF provides comprehensive site investigation including boreholes, CPT, in-situ testing and laboratory analysis to characterise the subsurface before a single pile is driven.
GEC designs and installs piled foundations, contiguous and secant bored pile walls, and pre-cast piling solutions suited to the heavy structural loads of stadium bowls, canopies and grandstands — with full pile testing and QA documentation.
Soft or variable ground must be treated before major structural works can begin. GEC deploys dynamic compaction, vibro-replacement, deep soil mixing and stone columns to create a stable, homogeneous bearing stratum — enabling faster, safer construction.
From NDT of structural steel to concrete testing, corrosion surveys and materials certification, RGF's accredited laboratories ensure every component of the venue meets specification — critical for public safety and long-term asset performance.
